Corona's master-planned tracts off the 91 are concrete tile on relatively young framing, but Corona sits at the mouth of the Santa Ana Canyon wind funnel. Wind here lifts ridge tiles and drives rain sideways up under the courses, so leaks show up on roofs that are otherwise nowhere near end of life — the fix is detailing, not replacement.
